Use Wrath of Baäpheth, if you jump and landed infront of the enemies, use Bladestorm if you landed inside the enemies circle and Anvil's Woe if it's a single enemy or if they're really close to each other. The basic skill rotation is, use Wings of Ishmir to close your gap to the enemies, then use Sovereign Shout around, these two skills should build enough rage for you to use the other three skills.
